Great agent!
Jason Merritt has set the bar awfully high and I've come to expect my investment properties to sell the first weekend on the market and for the highest the market can bare. Jason implements a powerhouse marketing plan that attracts huge interest the first day the home is on the market which causes the home to sell for top dollar and to the highest quality of buyer because we've often got a handful of buyers to choose from. Jason Merritt and the Merritt Home Team have the process down to a science and pull it off with talent. The marketing is all top notch and negotiations are so well executed, I never have to worry whether or not I'll be sitting on my investment for more than a few days once it's on the market.

Superior in their ability and knowledge
We recently moved to Oregon from California and had no hands on knowledge of Portland and the surrounding area. Fortunately we found Jason and Michelle who worked with us patiently and found us the best fit for my wife and myself in the best area that accommodated our needs. Their knowledge of the area coupled with our needs made the transition easy and quick. 5 stars to the team of Jason and Michelle.

Amazing and Thorough Agent
Jason was with me through the sale of my previous home to the purchase of our new home. The market was proving to be difficult in our price range, but Jason was diligent and patient with us through the entire process. After looking for 3 months, we stumbled on a FSBO and fell in love. The current owners of the property did not want to list their home with an agent, so Jason handled both sides of the transaction for us flawlessly. We closed as anticipated despite the few hiccups with our lender, all because Jason was involved and communicative with all parties along the way. He was our lynch pin. I love our home but if we ever do sell or buy again in the future, Jason is the only person we will call.

Amazing agent!
My husband and I went through a few agents in the search for our new home. After we lost a place we really wanted, my husband insisted we find a new broker. We wanted someone who would be aggressive and would act with the same sense of urgency that we felt. He found Jason. Immediately we knew he would work for us. He found us homes that met most, if not all of our requirements. And soon he found us the home we ultimately purchased. He stayed with us throughout the entire process. Wonderful agent
Jason is the best. He is so supportive and always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. He made sure we were taken care of in making our dreams come true. Always nice and never showed frustration. Very optimistic and positive. Couldn't have had a better realtor. The best!

Boo was a wonderful help as we were very demanding. She would find us homes 30 miles or more outside of her comfort zone. She would show us every single house we found to look at no matter the distance or day. She even left a family event for us to go see a house. She always responded promptly to inquiries and when we finally had an accepted offer on a house (outside her comfort area) she made calls and did research that I never would have thought to do.
