The Best experience with Andy

We met Andy Anderson last year through a personal recommendation. Even though we weren't ready to buy just yet Andy took us around Rio Rico to look at houses. Over the coming year he sent us listing. We showed up in Rio Rico on September 18th ready to buy a house. Andy took us out the next day and with his help found our new home on the second day. Andy has been wonderful to work with. He is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer or find the answer for us. He steered us away from houses he saw problems with even though I didn't recognize them right away. And we appreciate that fact a great deal. If ever we look for a home around here again Andy will be the guy we call. We both highly recommend Andy.
