I am especially thankful that Melissa Gary was our agent. This was an extremely difficult experience and she was our eyes! She provided videos of the construction and narrated what was happening! Her knowledge of what was done correctly or what needed to be done was superb. We were concerned about the work and time it was taking and she spoke directly to the people involved. She spoke boldly on our behalf and got things done. She spoke to us respectfully and knowledgeably. She made calls for us and the builder knew that she spoke for us. She made observations during walk throughs and pointed things out boldly. It was obvious that she worked in our best interest! I am very thankful that she was our agent!

John went above and beyond to help our family purchase our second home. He was very professional, courteous, attentive to our wants and needs, responsive to all questions and concerns no matter what time of day it was, and showed me homes around my availability (sometimes late in the even after my son’s football practice). The amount of effort and time he invested in working with our family was exceptional. I felt he was very honest in answering questions I had, made me feel my family was a priority in finding a more suitable home to accommodate everyone, and made us feel at ease throughout the home buying process because it can be stressful. My wife and I had a rental house we were ashamed to show much less sell. We cleaned it up the best we could to make it presentable. We called Julie and within 2 hrs she was there. She assured us that someone would be happy to have our house. True too her word we had an offer within 48hrs and closed in 20 days. I called one real estate company gave them the address and they didn't even show. We have sold several homes over the years and when the time comes to sell another one we will definitely call Julie.
