This lady does it all! Debi helped me find my first home, but she didn’t stop there. She walked me through the process, which I know was as painful for her as it was for me! She helped to take the time to explain everything to me, but that wasn’t even the half of it. When I say this lady had my back as a buyer 100%, I sincerely mean that. She was fighting FOR ME from day one until closing, and she really truly did all she could to make sure I got into the home I wanted! Thank you again Debi!!

I call him the GOAT because he is definitely in my book as the greatest of all time! From the moment we started the process of me purchasing a home he was straight forward, professional, and listened to every desire I had. The professionalism was beyond excellent. I was very detailed and very specific on the home I wanted and the area I wanted to live in. He not only delivered but excelled. He explained in detail every process we had to go through and when things were looking shady he prayed with me and reassured me everything was gonna be fine. I usually don’t brag on people but John and his wife deserve their bragging rights as well as their flowers. The team of people behind him are definitely looking out for the best interest of their client. Honestly, they look at you as family not a client. I closed on my home July 20th and they still reach out to check on me and see how homeownership is going so far. I would give them 1000 stars if I could because they are the absolute best.

John genuinely cared about our family during the process of home buying out of state. John is a husband and father himself and he had compassion for our family’s needs when moving out of state. We had a contract fall through while moving out of state 24 hours prior to closing due to the home failing inspection with a VA home loan. We became homeless. John acted urgently and quickly to push us through to making offers on other homes and got us on contract within a matter of 2 days. He then urgently and diligently worked hard to get us to close early. John was able to help us get half of our esgrow money back which was not easy by vouching for us with the sellers. He is a very genuine person who loves what he does and he genuinely cares about your family through the whole process. John went above and beyond and is definitely a reputable realtor I highly recommend.

Melissa is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. She has the clients best interest at heart and provides rationale as to different approaches when it comes to negotiating/ contracts. No matter what request we made, Melissa always had a positive response with recommendations for an appropriate path forward. Her communication was off the charts with timeliness and usually a couple of moves ahead of us with making contacts/ calls/ follow ups. We worked with Melissa with 2 different properties and her support never waivered. She saved us so much time with taking on making calls to vendors to complete required jobs prior to closing. We can’t thank Melissa enough for all the support. She will be the first call I make when looking for realtor support in the future. 5 star all the way (would give more it could)!
