Roger Fruits and Kinga Sick are to of the nicest, knowledgeable, competent realtors I've ever dealt with. Roger is VERY patient & non-pushy. He is not in a hurry to get you sold & done. He is very aware of the real estate market and will save you money with guidance on making an acceptable offer. His Assistant , Kinga , takes over after the offer is accepted and does whatever is necessary to ensure a smooth transaction and closing. I had a house under contract thru Roger but got cold feet and backed out during the inspection period. Roger was right back on the computer for new listings and we found one, which I bought, within a week. As i mentioned he is very patient & just wants you to be happy with your purchase. In a down market, Roger and his staff stayed with our property and got it sold. He was always available to discuss whether we should reduce the price or do anything to get the property sold. His staff stood by us through the sale process and were greatly helpful.

We moved to Fl. from IN., Roger was referred to us by a friend in the area. We had to work with Roger long distance for a couple months before we could go down & look in person. He was awesome, the week we came we spent looking at a number of properties. We found the home that met all that we were looking for!!! Roger went up above 100% for us, He helped all the way through the buying of our home long distance!!! We have never had a realtor step up & take care of us in this manor!!! We have told everyone about him & his Great staff !! If we would ever have to relocate, Roger would be getting our business again.
