When we decided to sell our home we reached out to Roger Fruits because we had an excellent experience several years ago when we purchased the home. Roger was helpful guiding us on the best way to prepare and present our home. Prior to listing we discussed the selling price and Roger had done his research on our home and the area and advised us to list higher than my husband and I had initially thought; he was right! Our house was under contract after only one showing with a full price offer! Selling a home is a big task; Roger and his associate Kinga helped us stay on track by emailing us checklists and always being available when we had any questions. They made selling our home a very low stress situation. While we were in the process of selling we also had to search for a new home. Roger really listened to what we were looking for in our next home, he cared that we found what we really wanted. Roger was able to get us appointments to tour homes we wished to see very quickly. We have two young children that we had to bring along to see potential homes, which can sometimes be difficult, but Roger was a huge help. He was very kind to our kids and made conversations with our toddler which helped her stay occupied and happy! When we looked at homes Roger really tuned in to what we were saying as far as pros and cons, which helped him help us find what we REALLY wanted. When we found our home, Roger was quick to get our offer in and always kept us up to date with new information. Just like when we sold our home, Roger and Kinga kept us organized with checklists and were able to move the process along quickly. If we move again we wouldn’t even consider working with anyone other than Roger and Kinga.

Magda was a true joy to work with. She made the purchase of our property easy and seamless. She was a true joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Magda was recommended to me from a friend, and I'm extremely glad we decided to work with her. Before I had even made the firm decision to buy, I contacted Magda who gladly started looking for properties for me. I live in a different state and she sent me many different houses in many different areas. With her expertise and knowledge she was able to locate property in the locations I would be happy with. When I was able to travel and see Magda, she was on the ball and ready with a schedule of listings and locations. I was under a time limit to purchase something and Magda's skills were far above what I could have ever expected. Before closing Magda did the walk through of the property on her own and found an unfortunate water leak. She notified myself and the sellers agent promptly. The situation was rectified in a timely manner. I had full confidence while working with Magda, and I know without a doubt, this process would not have been as seamless if I had gone with someone else.
