They are the most experienced and thorough realtors that I have ever dealt with. I cannot praise Roger's services enough. We purchased a single-family home first in Tarpon Springs and once done, put our condo in the same area for sale. Roger handled both successful transactions with cheerfulness, energy and professionalism. The purchase involved a careful strategy because we wanted something in the area near Howard Park but without a flood insurance requirement, within a <$300K bracket. It was competitive! Great job Roger and special shout out to his assistant and great partner, Kinga Sick. Kinga is did a wonderful job in clear communications, detailed follow-up and advice, all the way through both closings! A very winning combination. Thank you again.

Roger came highly recommended by a friend - both he and Kinga were wonderful to work with. First time we met, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell the home I lived in for 31 year. I needed to downsize, but Roger knew it was a difficult decision and helped me through it by giving me suggestions and options. He suggested I start by seeing what is out there for me to purchase - so our journey began. He found me the perfect condo - closed in February and started to get my house ready for sale. I would definitely recommend working with Magda. She is knowledgeable, responsive, energetic and personable. She helped us find our home from out of state and was always quick to return calls and to go view homes for us as soon as we called and told her we were interested in something. I really appreciated her always keeping it real and telling us how it is. She frequently proved how she got to know what it was we were looking for and kept our best interests at the fore front. This was shown when she would tell me that based on what she knows I want, she thinks I wouldn't be happy with a home and why. All of this helped lead us to the home we ended up buying and love. The entire process with Magda from start to finish was pleasant and she never acted impatient or annoyed. I would work with Magda again and recommend her to others.
