Rachel was my realtor in selling my home. She came highly recommended by my daughter as well as two of my best friends. She is friendly, trustworthy, and knows how to sell homes. She gently suggested several things I needed to do in order for my house to sell quickly. I listened and responded as she suggested, and my house sold in record time. In fact, I had two offers within just a few weeks. It was the quickest home sell I had ever had, and I've bought and sold many homes over the years She is hard working, detail oriented, and will work hard to get the best price, as she is a great negotiator. If I ever needed another realtor, she would be the first person I would call.

Rachael was incredible throughout our selling experience! She provided excellent expertise and recommendations when it came to listing our home. She was very familiar with the area and came prepared with several comps, allowing us to find the perfect listing price. She listened to our requests and was very transparent with us. Scott is Determined to find you what you want. He stayed online all the time for us. He actually found our new house for us after it went under contract before we got our bid in. Something fell through with the buyers, it came back on the market at 830pm one night. He saw it called us at 831 and we had our bid back in at 832. We moved fast and we now have the house we wanted. He drove many miles every time we needed to see houses and even with the long drive he would always have many houses for us to see. He researched the area and helped us navigate the new town even though he was not from the region. Absolutely recommend Scott Anderson.

Scott Anderson is on his A game! I previously had another realtor,but was not satisfied in her work ethic. I was referred to Scott and our home buying experience was immediately less stressful right from the start! Scott made buying our new home in Georgia seamless! We were living in PA when we found out we would be reloacted to GA. With the aggressive real estate market in Atlanta it was hard to sort through all of these house hunting sites without help and Scott was above and beyond what we thought we would get in a realtor. He brought us through so many homes (physically and through FaceTime) and explained every aspect of the process. When we found our dream home he linked us up with a reputable mortgage broker who was fast and efficient. We even signed for the house in a mail away and Scott was our guy on the ground making everything run easily. Not only was he amazing as we were going through the process of buying the home, he was there after! Making sure we were happy with our purchase and that the house was up to our standards. I couldn't reccomend Scott more highly. If our jobs take us elsewhere, we will be calling him!
