Christian went above and beyond any other realtor we had met with when looking for our second home in Maui. While we were on the mainland, he met inspectors, plumbers and contractors to get bids for some work needed to the property during escrow. He recommended competent workers that we are using to do upgrades to the property. His negotiating skills were great. Christian was able to get us a price reduction!Christian was always available to us by phone or email , answering all questions. He never let us down. Josh is very friendly, has a ready smile, easy to work with, yet very professional. He is very good at listening. He provides lots of information and gives sound advice to help make decisions throughout the whole sales process. He has always been on time for the showings and is most helpful with getting permit problems worked out with the county and suggesting service people for small repairs. He is very understanding and helpful with all the details and stress of moving.

We began looking for a house about 5 years ago. We were represented by other agents for the first two years and we felt like they always hurried us make an offer. Being dissatisfied, we met Josh and instantly liked him. He is very easy-going and personable but also, he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general and the market on Maui in particular. He showed us so many properties that fit our stated requirements, but for one reason or another, we were not ready to complete an agreement. He could not have been more nice. He just rolled with it. We never felt pressured. We closed on a property in June 2018, and afterward, he has continued to ask us if we need anything. I cant say enough good about Josh. Not for one minute have I had buyer's remorse.

I was referred to Mary through friends and could not be more happy with her! Hands down one of the best if not the best agent I have ever worked with. I had limited time and due to a 1031 exchange and was flying in from the mainland for 2 days to identify a property to purchase. Mary had everything lined up within my parameters and it truly went smooth! We ended up writing an offer and she negotiated the transaction flawlessly! I was not here for the final walkthrough inspection and she was able to do it for me. There was an issue with the walk through and she ensured it was rectified prior to allowing the deal to close. Totally recommend her and I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed with her during any part of the transaction.

His assessment of the properties was very thorough and he was always quick to respond to my endless questions. When we did find the ideal home, the negotiation and purchase was a smooth process.
