I was referred to Mary through friends and could not be more happy with her! Hands down one of the best if not the best agent I have ever worked with. I had limited time and due to a 1031 exchange and was flying in from the mainland for 2 days to identify a property to purchase. Mary had everything lined up within my parameters and it truly went smooth! We ended up writing an offer and she negotiated the transaction flawlessly! I was not here for the final walkthrough inspection and she was able to do it for me. There was an issue with the walk through and she ensured it was rectified prior to allowing the deal to close. Totally recommend her and I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed with her during any part of the transaction.
