I moved to South Kona on the Big Island in 1989 when I was just 7 years old. I am so happy that I am living here and raising my kids at the same schools that I went to with the same Hawaiian lifestyle. I went to Ho'okena school and graduated High school at Konawaena. Working in sales and marketing since I was 14 years old, I was licensed to sell Real Estate in 2005. Shortly after, the boom dropped & It wasn't the best time to start selling real estate here in Hawaii or anywhere really, but I was determined to learn how to keep helping others & was able to become a top agent by 2011. Since I have helped numerous people make Hawaii home and showed them how to enjoy such an incredible place! I love camping, hiking, backpacking, fitness, the BEACH, staying active & bright colors. I also love to sing, dance and I love to cook and host parties. Some people say I have an infectious smile & positive attitude. One of my most favorite things about my home is being able to watch the sun rise and set from my lanai. Not many places in the world are you able to go to the snow and the beach in the same day! A native of the Hawaiian Islands and a born entrepreneur. Before earning my Real Estate license in 2004, I co-founded and operated a local surf shop in 1993, which grew to 3 locations over my 16 years of ownership. The shops were an integral part of the Big Island community and for numerous years, consecutively earned the honor of "œBest Surf Shop", by the local newspaper and its readers. I attribute our retail success to our dedication of the businesses core foundations; Competence in Product Knowledge, Anticipation of Client's Needs, Sincerity in Service, Effective Communication and Active Listening. From these foundations, we built a clientele of loyal customers with both locals and visitors. Real Estate has since become my prime focus, with the pillars that built our successful retail business, at the very forefront of my Real Estate career.
