We were selling our Hawaii home but living in California. everything fell on Ed to do, he had to get permits finalized, hire workers, stagers cleaners everything. he solved every problem that came our way,. and he did it with a smile and a great attitude. he made all the difference for us since we were able to go back he really had to do it all. we didn't know him, he was essentially assigned to us on Zillow, we bought this Hawaii house from him and he sold it for us too. Ed was attentive to what I wanted in my new home, and informative with his answers to my questions. My wife and I contacted Ed two days after getting married. We had lived on big island for two and a half years and thought we might be able to buy a house two years from now.
