We have used Jeanna for multiple purchases. She is very helpful and does a lot of additional research on her clients. Regarding this last purchase we did with her, we weren't even on Island. We were looking at a different property, but then when it didn't happen, she actually found this property for us. And we actually LOVE it, even more than the one we were initially looking at. She went to the property and did an amazing video for us. We hadn't even stepped foot on the property when the sale was final. When we went to the Island, a few weeks after closing to see our new property, it was almost like we had already been there after seeing her video. I know if we ever purchase another property on Big Island, we will definitely be using Jeanna. You will not go wrong using Jeanna.

From my first email, there was a regular communication set up with Jeanna learning very quickly what we were looking for prior to our travel to the island. Once here, she had expertly selected properties that she inherently knew we would be interested in and was incredibly adaptable to our last minute changes.
