Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

We originally from out of state, moving to Georgia with no knowledge of the the area or what a subdivision was for that matter. Brandy was amazing. We had only two days to look at houses. We sent Brandy a list of houses both my husband and myself - she took a lot of time to put the house list together, calling to make appointments happen in just those two short days we had. She even added many other houses for us to look at and found a couple brand new listings, one that wound up being our first and best choice. Joan was so wonderful in what was a very tense situation (extremely contentious divorce, selling jointly owned assets). She did the research on what houses around ours were going for, recommended which updates would be best to sell it faster, and got us a selling price that was super close to our original asking price. She was always polite, had a great attitude through the whole experience and was great to work with.
