Joan Schloegel

Joan was so wonderful in what was a very tense situation (extremely contentious divorce, selling jointly owned assets). She did the research on what houses around ours were going for, recommended which updates would be best to sell it faster, and got us a selling price that was super close to our original asking price. She was always polite, had a great attitude through the whole experience and was great to work with.
