We couldn't be more thankful for this woman. If it wasn't for her being on top of her work we wouldn't of got the prefect house for our family. Brandy is one of the hardest working Realtors I've seen. We had not one but two houses to buy. Daily, Brandy kept us informed of what was going one. She anticipated problems before they happened and researched the best possible solutions to overcome them. She worked well with the other components involved in the purchase of our homes (Finance, Title, etc.) and made sure everyone had what they needed to keep the process flowing smoothly. Several times, Brandy went above and beyond the expectation of a Realtor to do whatever it took to help me get through an insurmountable obstacle. For example, she drove over 50 miles to pick up my elderly mother to take her to an IRS office to get a document that we needed. That IRS office required advanced appointments, which we did not have. Brandy, however, would not take no for an answer and did not leave until we had what we needed.
