She not only answered my questions but provided a wealth of additional information about the property and the home buying process that, as a first time home buyer, I didn't even know to ask. I immediately asked if she could be my agent, and thankfully she said yes. With my tiny budget, I didn't expect any agent to spend much time with me, but Amanda showed us probably two dozen properties across four counties and worked hard to find just the house we were looking for. Her beautiful heart and her strong work ethic make her an amazing person to have in your corner. I can't imagine having gone through this without her.

After speaking with a few different realtors I ultimately chose to use Rex Rutledge based off of his knowledge of the area and professionalism during our brief call. Mr. Rutledge did not miss a beat from our first phone to signing closing documents.
