Best Realtor we have ever had! Amanda is fantastic. We purchased from out of state and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure all details were handled. We had some difficulties come up with the home we purchased and she was a tough negotiator, making sure we were able to get to the closing table with our concerns taken care of. Highly recommend!

Kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with! Amanda has been such a great realtor! She is on top of everything from start to finish. This was our first home and after a not so good experience with our previous realtor she came in and gave us more information than we knew and helped us navigate this tough market . And in the end got us into our new First home smoothly. Will definitely refer our friends and family to her and also be using her again in the future!

Amanda reached out to us in our time of need, and we will always be eternally grateful. After having a pretty lousy experience with our first realtor Amanda came swooping in and “made it all better”. We are first time home buyers and truly had no clue what we were doing. She made the process so simple and made herself available at all hours to answer all of questions….even the weird and absurd ones! Amanda listened to us, she understood our needs, wants and concerns to include the fact that we have a 22 yr old special needs son living with us. Amanda was so calm and attentive when I was in a panic but also was our personal pittbull when any problems occurred. Amanda was always one step ahead and made sure all I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. I would, (and have) recommended Amanda to anyone in need of a realtor, advisor or friend. Amanda is an incredible agent but an even better person. We are truly blessed to have found her but also to now consider her a friend!

Amanda has now sold a home for us, and helped with the purchase of our home. Her knowledge of the market and comps is excellent. She has shown us numerous other properties for investment purposes..

This is our first purchase! and Amanda was an angel sent from realtor heaven! Weet her thru pure luck and we are glad we did. Amanda was there every step and then some, till this day she will ask if there is anything we need! Needless to say we have a for life realtor and a friend. Thank you Amanda so very much!

I am investor in Central Florida, I’ve purchased many homes through the last several years. Working with Amanda has been the most professional experience that I’ve had thus far. Her attention to detail is amazing. She is in constant contact with title, inspections, lending, she keeps her hand on the pulse, to assure the deal get closed. Looking forward to the next deal!!
