Kort did such a great job listing and selling our family member’s estate! From the beginning, the pictures were fantastic as well as the description of our home. He was diligent through the process and answered our calls timely and was very understanding to all our questions. He negotiated well on our behalf through many addendums and was able to get our house closed on time. We would highly recommend! He also provided an estate sell and clean out, which was unbelievably helpful since we were not local.
