Tim was very up front with the expectations for the sale of the property. He took time to explain all the different scenarios and likely outcomes in which he was spot on. He never gave up on the difficult sale and followed every lead as far as it could go. Tim held my desire for the sale in high regard and made my part in it very simple and hands off.
