I was born and raised along the northern Chesapeake Bay, where I developed an early appreciation for waterfront living and coastal communities. In 2002, my family relocated to the Tampa Bay area, trading cold winters for Florida sunshine and shoreline—a move that cemented my lifelong connection to life on the water. Coming from a construction-oriented family, I was immersed in real estate fundamentals at a young age and purchased my first home in St. Petersburg at just 19. That early experience gave me a practical understanding of property value, building quality, and long-term investment potential—insight that continues to benefit my clients today. Whether I’m helping buyers find the right primary residence or second home, or guiding sellers through the strategic sale of one of their most valuable assets, I view every transaction as more than a sale. Bittersweet

Caring, professional, knowledgable

David cares very much about the people he represents, as well as doing all he can to make the transaction an easy one for both sides. David was the seller's agent for the condo I purchased and I represented myself. He strenuously advocated for his client but also provided a wealth of information to me about the property, the community and the market. My confidence in him led to a rare occurance among real estate sales- a quick, event-free closing, with both sides happy.

New FL resident and felt like I was in great hands with this team!

David and Josh have been an amazing team to work with! Coming from Boston to Florida, I really felt like I could trust them right away. They are very knowledgeable and as a first time Florida homeowner, they really helped explain what to look for in this housing market. They knew the type of home we were looking for and made sure to show us things that really aligned to that vision. It was myself and my father looking for a home that was a smart investment but also aligned with my lifestyle and they combined those two things seamlessly. They answered all of our calls and because there were 2 of us- I am sure it was double the work! They wasted no time getting started and were on top of things throughout the entire process. Could not ask for more from realtors !

From beginning to end: initial consult, price point , marketing ( at least 5 sites online ) , group realtor event for more exposure, open houses , feedback along the way. We have never felt more taken care of by realtors relative to multiple past experiences. We could not praise our realtors enough to express how much gratitude we have . Thank you so much!
