We were very impressed with Charnie housing market knowledge, her professionalism, and communication with buyers and sellers just from watching her You tube videos. My wife and I knew we wanted Charnie as our realtor months earlier. Once, we connected with Charnie she was all-in with providing advice on applicable housing, prices, and availability. Furthermore, she proposed particular builders and safe neighborhoods. Whenever, we had any questions or concerns we called or texted, she gave a response always in a very timely manner. Our first lender didn't perform to the end unfortunately. Charnie saved our day and future house, by recommending another lender who finalized the closing. Our home buying experience could not have been better! Charnie was very quick to return our phone calls and to answer any questions that we had. She communicates very well and was able to get us the home that worked for us. I have had some experience in the past that made me feel like my best interest was not in the their best interest. This was my first investment out of state. In California, the numbers don't make sense for cash flow. In Florida they do but how do know who to trust? I found Andrea on YouTube (search Ocala Andrea and you will find her) and I just loved her mix of local knowledge and fun personality. She is also honest and will steer you in the right direction. Her brokerage is growing at a rapid clip and she is also a Property Manager (she is managing my new property). She is extremely busy and she spends a lot of time with everyone so be patient on her getting back to you. I went to visit Florida and to see my property that I bought totally remotely with Andrea's help. She spent most of her busy day with me showing me around Marion County. We even shared a great lunch in the Villages! She is my go-to Gal now and all of my future deals with be done by her. I now have my first cash-flowing property under great management in an area that also is seeing excellent appreciation. Forget the local "turn-key" companies that only want you to buy all cash and have waiting lists. Andrea is a local expert and she is also an investor herself. Don't waste her time tire kicking. Get your education (Bigger Pockets), get your financing approvals (Ridge Lending), and Andrea will make it happen for you.
