Charnie was my cousin's agent when she was moving to Ocala. She never ceases to wave about her. She introduced us when I needed to sell my home. There were a lot of challenges, but Charnie accepted it all. We had a first contract that fell through. No fault of hers. She immediately reached out to another agent and we went under contract right away. Charnie was there for me along the way. She had to come to me in person in my assisted living home to explain everything to me every time. She was patient and became a friend through the process.
