She explained the market and comps with us and even excepted our input which set the final price for our home. The home was then placed on the market via social media, various websites and Youtube. Our agent called in a professional photographer to take pictures of the property. Scheduling and showings of the property was held ASAP!!! Accessibility was never a problem as every text, call and email was answered fast. She never made you feel that you were inconveniencing her. Words can’t explain how great Charnie was during the whole searching and buying process of our 3rd house. After receiving a purchase offer for our town home in West Des Moines, Iowa we found ourselves in the dilemma of not knowing where to go after receiving bad feedback from the area we were planning to move to in Spartanburg, SC. One Saturday morning (January 6th, 2023) I was texting with my youngest nephew, that moved from Iowa to Ocala 6 months before, and at some point expressed my concerns. He didn’t hesitate to recommend Charnie because she was the BEST realtor in Ocala. after I shared with him my concerns about not knowing where to go with the town home closing been in 3 weeks. Many road blocks were ahead due to the unstable housing market that Charnie was able to help us with. The most import? A finished house was needed right away to avoid renting and additional moving costs… and to make the long story short… on that same day she found a ready to move house on a 55+ community that we decided to buy that same day. She even scheduled a showing at the last minute when asked if my sister could take a look at the house that very same day. We had a house to move to by 6pm the same day we met her! We arrived to Ocala after a long drive from Iowa on 2/14. Stayed on a hotel couple days for a badly needed resting and at my sisters house until closing back in 2/21.
