She immediately reached out to another agent and we went under contract right away. Charnie was there for me along the way. She had to come to me in person in my assisted living home to explain everything to me every time. She was patient and became a friend through the process. Mrs. Charnie Monexe with Great Expectations Realty, LLC who works in Ocala, FL is an agent who cares, listens and pays attention to every detail. She explained the market and comps with us and even excepted our input which set the final price for our home. The home was then placed on the market via social media, various websites and Youtube. Our agent called in a professional photographer to take pictures of the property. Scheduling and showings of the property was held ASAP!!! Accessibility was never a problem as every text, call and email was answered fast. She never made you feel that you were inconveniencing her. Mrs. Monexe was there from the beginning of the sell until the closing of the sale. We highly recommend this agent if you are looking for professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
