Competent and Professional

Kathleen Davis eased my selling experience. She is knowledgeable about the market and the entire process of transactions including title laws. She was always available when needed to answer questions and clear up any problems. Kathy did everything she could to make the experience convenient and less stressful.

We love working with Patsy Moden!

We have purchased vacant property, bought a house, and sold a house with Patsy’s assistance. Our home sold for full asking price in minimum time. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Palm Coast/Grand Haven area. Patsy is patient, follows through, provides excellent advice, and is very helpful. She is the real estate professional we have turned to 3 times in the last 6 years. We would definitely use her services in the future. We highly recommend Patsy Moden!

Real estate person that listens to your budget and site requirements

My wife and I dealt with Patsy Moden previously when we purchased a house She is a confident, enthusiastic realtor that listens to your requirements. She is an adept negotiator. What we like most about her, is her knowledge of the market and does not have you looking at properties that are of no interest to you . Mrs. Moden is an absolute professional helping not only before but also after the sale or purchase of a home.

Professionalism at its finest!

Kathy was amazing during the entire process. From finding our family the perfect home to helping us through all of the ups and downs of closing in the midst of this crazy market. She kept us up to date with everything that was going on behind the scenes and was 100% in our corner when we had a small hiccup with the lender. She made everything go smoothly even during the craziness of the holidays. We always felt like we had someone working with us and we were never alone. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. Thank you Kathy for everything you did and all the time you selflessly spent making our dream come true!!!!
