Not only did Jim do a superb job in the marketing and sale of our home, he provided his company's moving truck and long time associate Mark to move our belongings to our new home in Broomfield. When a problem occurred, he hired an outside moving company to help complete the move in one day instead of two! Jim carried!! He and his team exceeded our expectations at every turn Wendy with her amazing financial tools and regular updates, a free staging consultation, professional photography with a 360 degree view set-up, HD software, drone shots and a narrated walk- through that enabled us to get our house under contract quickly. He pulled through with some very difficult negotiations with the buyer and Wendy saved everything by being able to get the buyer financing after others had failed. And then the free move!! From free boxes and packing to the moving truck and help. We love our new home and Jim and his team made it happen!!! We are truly grateful. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!
