My wife and I were recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident when our house needed to be sold. These injuries and various doctor’s appointments limited our ability to do the things necessary to complete the sale of our house. I became frustrated and was ready to forego even trying go on with selling our house when our RE Agent, Brad Kirwan, seeing how discouraged and overwhelmed we were, stepped forward and said he’d be glad to take over getting most of the tasks done (some minor home repairs and coordinating some upgrades) so we could complete the sale of our house before the market tanked completely. I was amazed! Since my wife had sustained serious injuries in the car accident (we were rear seat passengers in a car that got T-boned), and we had to go to dozens of doctor’s app’ts, therapy sessions, imaging scans, etc., this was the ONLY way we could complete the sale of our house. Sure enough, Brad took over getting everything done, regularly keeping us informed of his progress, and we sold and closed the sale within a few weeks, achieving 98% of our asking price. Wow! We literally couldn’t have gotten it done without Brad’s extraordinary efforts to help us. What a relief! We consider Brad Kirwan a good friend and will always turn to him if we need to sell or buy real estate. When we contacted Brad to sell our home, he was prompt in responding. Brad was very helpful in having access to people who could correct some of the items that needed to be fixed before listing our home. The people he referred were excellent in repairing the items that needed to be corrected. He would stop now and then checking to see if we had any concerns. Had access to someone who came and cleaned the entire house. She did an excellent job. It was very comforting to know we weren't selling our home by ourselves and he was there to help us. We could call him any time and he would solve any concerns we had. Brad is very personable and was right on with pricing and listing our home. Having worked with other agents, I was beginning to think all they cared about was closing on a home. Manuela changed my perspective and assured that the only homes she came to me with were homes that I would enjoy. She took into account all the factors I gave her and not once did she send me a suggestion that was outside of my scope. She was always available to answer questions at any time of day and was honest and to the point. She would not sugar coat anything and would readily give her opinion when I asked for it.
