My wife and I were recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident when our house needed to be sold. Since my wife had sustained serious injuries in the car accident (we were rear seat passengers in a car that got T-boned), and we had to go to dozens of doctor’s app’ts, therapy sessions, imaging scans, etc., this was the ONLY way we could complete the sale of our house. Sure enough, Brad took over getting everything done, regularly keeping us informed of his progress, and we sold and closed the sale within a few weeks, achieving 98% of our asking price. Wow! We literally couldn’t have gotten it done without Brad’s extraordinary efforts to help us. What a relief! We consider Brad Kirwan a good friend and will always turn to him if we need to sell or buy real estate. When we contacted Brad to sell our home, he was prompt in responding. Brad was very helpful in having access to people who could correct some of the items that needed to be fixed before listing our home. The people he referred were excellent in repairing the items that needed to be corrected. He would stop now and then checking to see if we had any concerns. Had access to someone who came and cleaned the entire house. She did an excellent job. It was very comforting to know we weren't selling our home by ourselves and he was there to help us. We could call him any time and he would solve any concerns we had. Brad is very personable and was right on with pricing and listing our home. Having worked with other agents, I was beginning to think all they cared about was closing on a home. Manuela changed my perspective and assured that the only homes she came to me with were homes that I would enjoy. She took into account all the factors I gave her and not once did she send me a suggestion that was outside of my scope. We chose Manuela Braun-Hendrickson to sell our vacation home in Clearwater earlier this year and she was outstanding. In 1996 when we bought this house she was the selling real estate agent of this property and impressed us, precisely because the communcation in German/English and the fast processing during our short vacation was flawless. Without a question we asked Manuela again when we wanted to sell our house. Especially notable is the long distance cooperation. She managed everthing locally when we were in Germany. One advantage is that Manuale Braun-Hendrickson is fluent in German. She spent hours answering our questions and providing objective data, helped with translation of formal papers, made the listing and all inspections before and with interested buyers. She arranged everthing (from the start to the closing process) with the aid of traditional technology. All in all we would like to emphasise her performance and commitment during the whole selling process. When we saw our listing we were more than happy.
