Dawn’s knowledge of the Cape was incredibly helpful. She drove us through neighborhoods we had never seen and recommended places to hike, boat, shop, eat and play. She was not only patient as our list of “wants” changed, she anticipated it and helped us pivot when needed. We encountered Peter initially when he was representing a seller on a property we were interested in as buyers. We were immediately impressed with how Peter carried himself representing the seller and we realized he was an agent we wanted to explore entering into a relationship with. After doing so Peter exceeded our expectations providing the service we needed. Peter is very connected in the Cape Cod real estate community and he gave us great advice on how to best move forward. This concluded with us working with Peter to place a competing bid on house we really wanted. Even after having our offer accepted and Peter being in a place to receive his commission he kept working for us and connected us with several competent professionals so our house would best meet our expectations.
