Trevor truly deserves a five star rating! I worked with many different agents before buying, probably 6-8 of them. Some, I even made offers with! So I can honestly say that compared to others, the level of attention and commitment you get from Trevor is UNMATCHED! The home buying process can be confusing and intimidating. Trevor made sure I was comfortable with every decision being made. He works with you every step of the way and makes sure you understand every part of every document you sign. Aside from being helpful, I found Trevor to be incredibly honest. While looking at homes, even my father was taken back at how much information Trevor was willing to give, even if it wouldn't help him make a sale. One house I considered buying I looked at with a with a pevious agent. That agent showed me the house and really worked hard to sell me on it. I decided to look at the same house again with Trevor a few weeks later. Trevor pointed out the good, but also pointed out all the bad things about the house I didnt see before (mold growth on the ceiling, zoning issues, ect.) This is just one example of how Trevor went above and beyond for me. Another example would be a house where the agents were highlighting a large wooded lot surrounding the property. "Great privacy!" they told me. After speaking with Trevor, he showed me the future plans to put a housing developement on the wooded lot in just a few years! In the end, I couldn't thank Trevor enough for his commitment and honesty. He is truly a step above the rest and approaches his work very differently from other agents.

Trevor Libby is an excellent and very sound choice to pick for either buying or selling your home. I made it very clear to Trevor from the beginning what I was looking for in an agent and Trevor assured me that no one would work harder than him because this is what he does full time to provide for his family! Trevor met and exceeded all of my expectations as my agent! His attention to details is second to none. Trevor's knows the market on the Cape and is his advise is methodical and thoughtful based on information not assumptions! Trevor both sold my home and was extremely patient in finding our new home. I couldn't have been any more pleased with the results. Most agents will tell you they will do something but often come up short on the delivery, that won't happen with Trevor! He will give you great follow up and see things through right to and after closing.

As first time home buyer's, my boyfriend and I were very fortunately to get hooked up with Trevor. He was so knowledgeable about not only the process but also the little things that make a huge difference in the end (electric panel, exterior siding options, trim work, flooring, and many other things we would have NEVER thought to look at). Any time I had a question Trevor was right there to help and answer, however ridiculous it was. He never pushed us into anything and was always willing to look at any house we asked about even if it might have been out of our range. He walked us through every process of the transaction, the offer, the verbal agreement, written agreement and closing. He really went above and beyond to help us and we really couldn't be anymore thankful to have stumbled upon him. He even said after closing anything we might need he is happy and willing to help, "just because the transaction is over, doesn't mean I'm not longer available". That just shows his character and that he really cares about you as a client and friend rather than just a paycheck. My boyfriend and I will refer Trevor 100 times over.

I could not possible have been more satisfied with Trevor’s enthusiasm, skills and personal attention to every single detail. Given that this was my first Cape Cod real estate transaction it was also my first time working with Trevor. Although I have worked with many residential and commercial realtors over the years none have ever come close to making me feel that my best interests were always first and foremost as Trevor did. I had environmental concerns and unease regarding potential beach erosion. Trevor went above and beyond researching answers to my questions. He contacted town officials, environmental engineers, local experts and residents. He made available copies of state and town documents, both pro and con. He brought an independent local salt marsh expert on-site to address my concerns. He was extremely honest and forthcoming with all information relevant to my concerns. When I was ready to give my best and final offer he convinced me the offer was still a little too high and subsequently I was successful purchasing the property at a more favorable price. In doing so Trevor was thereby sacrificing a higher fee for himself. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his clients. Trevor sat through the closing with me and continued to follow up on any minutia that was required long after the transaction was consummated. I will insist my friends, family and colleagues contact Trevor before they embark on any Cape realty search. He is by far the BEST!!!
