Gibbs Baum was our realtor for two transactions in the beginning of 2018. We sold a condo and baught a duplex both in Melbourne Beach Florida. I have purchased 24 homes during my life and Gibbs was the best realtor we ever had, very easy to reach by phone and either knows or found the answers to all our questions quickly. I felt confident with his help in negotiations. We could easily have lost the duplex had Gibbs not handled it the way he did. We had some stressful times in the negotiations but Gibbs kept the stress level down.

We were so glad we found Gibbs to be our realtor. The time he spent with us viewing houses .... he was very patient and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable of the area as well. When it came to negotiating the price, he worked his skills to get the best deal for us. We definitely recommend him.

Gibbs Baum found us the perfect home that fit our needs 100%. He assessed our requirements perfectly, working with the seller's realtor representing the property, to correct any issues before the quick closing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gibbs when buying or selling a home. Not only did he remove the stress of the purchase, but he was a pleasure to work with.

Always there when needed. Works hard to get the deal you need.

Gibbs is there to help whenever you need him. He works diligently to get the deal. He is accessible and helpful throughout every step of the process. I would not recommend a different realtor.

Gibbs was a pleasure to work with. I bought a commercial property and a residential investment property. I can't say enough positive things about him.

I had a really good experience with Gibbs as my Realtor. He found me a great property in the right school district for my kids. I honestly couldn’t have done it without his continued help & follow-up throughout the process. I am grateful that he represented me in the transaction & I will definitely utilize him again. I found him to be reliable, communicative and super effective. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about him.

Gibbs was really helpful and efficient, he found me the most amazing beachside condo at a great price. Gibbs also sold my house house and sold it fast. I would highly recommend Gibbs.

Gibbs was great to work with. Not only was he very effective in finding a place for my family but he stayed on top of the sale & financing to get the job done. Last but not least, we had a great time because he handled everything and kept me informed. I felt very comfortable with Gibbs and consider him a friend now. Crazy how this world has put good people in my path at the right times of my life. I couldn’t imagine buying this house without him.

Gibbs is great to work with. He understands the area, market conditions and knows how to handle himself and negotiations professionally. He is responsive and goes over and above to get the deal done. It was a more than pleasant experience working with him.

Gibbs brokered the sale of my lake house during a tough real estate cycle and did a great job! The secret to our success was his market knowledge & interpersonal selling skills. Gibbs also consulted with me about the market conditions half-way across the state. He advised negotiation even though the builder & agent gave compelling reasons to buy at list price. Gibbs saved me thousands & I appreciate his diligence.

Once any problems developed, Gibbs worked to establish solutions quickly and effectively.

These attributes are not enough and we would hire Gibbs again. It was a GREAT experience.
