Gibbs was great from beginning to end. I appreciate his knowledge of the RE market, RE laws and contracting. Gibbs remained diplomatic and attentive throughout the entire process. When we hit some snags he was able to negotiate a resolution with all the other parties. This deal never would have closed had it not been his intervention.

We were originally going to rent and build, however their were a few houses for sale I found online that we wanted to see. This is the third time I've had the pleasure of working with Gibbs Baum and Greg Zimmerman. All three transactions involved knowledge of an IRS exchange program and working with two out of state leagle professionals. All transactions were completed in a timely and efficient manner. I don't know if this is outside of the norm but my last sale/purchase began on January 30th, (sale of an out of state 1031e), on February 8th closed on the purchase of the exchange property, on February 12th property was rented.
