How can I start this… there many Realestate agents every where , too many to choose from. But when I hire Damla, not only did we get alone well, but she did listen and paid attention to all my concerns. Once we started , she kept me up to date of all changes from the market to the new home I wanted. Damla was extremely patient with me and my wife during our vacation/business trip at Tampa and exceeded our expectations and took her time and showed us all the properties/developments we were interested and more. In our short trip, thanks to Damla, we found our property, made our decision, and a made a very satisfying offer based on Damla's recommendations and experience and more importantly our offer was accepted and that even surprised us! Her invaluable assistance became even more significant after we came back to New jersey and realized that the builder had quite a few restrictions on the contract that we were not fully aware of and were not consistent with the offer we made. Thanks to Damla, we developed a strategy and eventually convinced the developer and reduced our closing cost, interest rate on our loan, and worked with our own title agency and saved a lot of money. She was also able to set me up with a professional estate sales person who was able to help me liquidate the possessions we needed to sell in short order. Excellent to work with and knew our market expertly. And was able to capitalize for me. Able to do our sale remotely as we live in Michigan and the property was in Florida. We were very pleased with the turnout.
