Damla was extremely patient with me and my wife during our vacation/business trip at Tampa and exceeded our expectations and took her time and showed us all the properties/developments we were interested and more. In our short trip, thanks to Damla, we found our property, made our decision, and a made a very satisfying offer based on Damla's recommendations and experience and more importantly our offer was accepted and that even surprised us! Her invaluable assistance became even more significant after we came back to New jersey and realized that the builder had quite a few restrictions on the contract that we were not fully aware of and were not consistent with the offer we made. Nicole without a doubt was the best realtor experience I have ever encountered. While I hold a brokers license, I no longer actively work in the industry, so as a seller I am very demanding and this raving review should tell you how competent she truly is. She was extremely well prepared when we initially met to discuss the marketing strategy for selling our home. Being an analytical seller, she had all the comps, current listings, and most importantly a very well thought out & detailed strategy including a punch list for items we needed to address prior to listing, an exact timeline, and price. She then consistently communicated on our progress to get prepared and next steps including photos, staging, and was there at a moment's notice to answer any questions during what is typically a stressful time for all sellers. She empathized the smallest concerns and questions we had from the selling side and put us at ease and reassure everything was covered, and it was. We listed on a key day around a holiday and received multiple offers because of the work she put in prior to going live on the MLS. Honestly, it was all the little intangibles that she thought through and executed on PRIOR to listing day that made the house sell quickly and over our asking price.
