Not performance, but determined action yielding results!
We entered the selling market with much trepidation as in this 55+ community many many homes had been on the market for months without any movement. Donna & Debbie had sold the two homes next to us in a relatively short time span while other Realtor's signs were turning brown with age around the edges. During our initial meeting we were informed of the market and what should be expected in a buyer's market. After the decision was made to work with this team, the whole following process was on autopilot for us with Donna handling everything and communicating what was happening as each new development occurred. Day, night or on vacation Donna was actively pursuing a non-responsive buyer's Agent and ensuring that all documentation from that Agent was accurate if not timely. Donna responded to our questions and concerns immediately while ensuring that we understood every aspect of the process. Our house sold in 12 days. The negotiation with the buyer was handled expertly, their professionalism and dedication to us was unmatched by others we had spoken with regarding the sale. This is why Future Home Realty, Donna & Debbie sell more homes in Medley than anyone else. We are thoroughly pleased with their representation.
