I would highly recommend Sandra for many reasons. She goes the extra mile for her client in terms of not only finding the best home but once you find it she is constantly helping you get through the process to closing in an extremely helpful manner. She is very easy to communicate with and is always easy to get a hold off during the process which is invaluable. Peter is a pleasure to deal with. He is up to speed on the latest technology but his service level and integrity is old school. Sometimes it is the simple things. I didn't realize that Peter answers his phone until one day I went to voicemail. He called right back of course but I was so shocked to get voicemail, I appreciated all the times he answered. He also gave honest opinions and pointed out the pluses and minuses of each property and was not just in it for a commission. In this day and age so many realtors want the most commission for the least amount of work. Peter earns every bit of his commission.
