Wish Every Agent was Like Cathy
Cathy is the type of agent that makes you wish you could buy a house more often. We were in the market in a very over-heated market and Cathy was great at keeping our morale up and helping us find what we were really looking for. We were very close to the very first home we made an offer on and then unexpected circumstances caused us to withdraw. Cathy helped us navigate that, as well as everything else, instructed us on the particulars of our local market and really was a champion for us on our search. We cannot recommend Cathy enough. She was vitally important to us finding the exact home we wanted, in the place we wanted and at the price we wanted.

Friendly & Professional
I first met Cathy through FaceTiming our soon to be little piece of paradise. Even though we could not get to Florida to see the property she was happy to meet my cousin at the home and walk through it with her. As they walked through the home we were FaceTiming and it was perfect! All through the process Cathy kept in touch with us as we were in Arizona while the paperwork and closing were going on. She stayed in constant communication and was so helpful and gracious about taking care of some extras for us since we were not in the state. She worked hard to locate a great inspector, locate local information we needed, and she got everything done in 3 weeks to close, wow! She is an amazing agent and we would definitely use her again! She went above and beyond. We thank her for all she did for us. Way to go Cathy!!!

No stress at all!
Joanne Nathaniel is a very pleasant and positive person. Also very knowledgable of her work and the market. Once she knows what you are looking for she will find you exactly that! If she gives you advice: take it! Joanne knows what she's talking about but will not flaunt it, she is genuinely humble and look out for your best interest. You can rest assured Joanne will keep you up to date during the whole process through realtime communication. Everyone likes to work with her for her pleasant personality but also for her proactive attitude and professional wholesome work ethic. All that reflected on us when they ask who "your agent" is making this an allround positive experience. I strongly recommend Joanne and would choose her anytime (if needed) in the future.

Great Agent!
Bernie was very helpful in getting everything processed as soon as possible. Even when we ran into an HOA hiccup he went out of his way, while on his vacation, to make sure that the people necessary to get the deal done were working hard to get our closing finalized. I appreciated all his work.

Ms. Nathaniel's ability to handle the successful sale of one of our properties was a pleasure.
The multi-national sale completed by Ms. Nathaniel for us had built-in complications due to sellers and buyers language and cultural backgrounds. Ms. Nathaniel was able to bridge any differences as to the purchasers and sellers wants and needs, bringing both parties' needs as a completed sale to a happy ending. We do recommend Ms. Nathaniel as a knowledgeable and capable real estate sales person to other buyers and sellers as they are evaluating their own needs.

Well prepared, thorough and attentive
We met with multiple agents to determine how best to sell our house. Bernie was very well prepared for the meeting and provided statistics to support his plan. After we agreed to work with him, he explained to us what to expect and took care of everything. During the entire process, he was only a phone call away, and we eventually sold for well over asking. Highly recommended.
