Cathy is the type of agent that makes you wish you could buy a house more often. I first met Cathy through FaceTiming our soon to be little piece of paradise. Even though we could not get to Florida to see the property she was happy to meet my cousin at the home and walk through it with her. As they walked through the home we were FaceTiming and it was perfect! All through the process Cathy kept in touch with us as we were in Arizona while the paperwork and closing were going on. She stayed in constant communication and was so helpful and gracious about taking care of some extras for us since we were not in the state. She worked hard to locate a great inspector, locate local information we needed, and she got everything done in 3 weeks to close, wow! She is an amazing agent and we would definitely use her again! The multi-national sale completed by Ms. Nathaniel for us had built-in complications due to sellers and buyers language and cultural backgrounds. Ms. Nathaniel was able to bridge any differences as to the purchasers and sellers wants and needs, bringing both parties' needs as a completed sale to a happy ending.
