Kelsey worked as our buyers agent when looking for a home for our son. Since both of us were part of the search process and we each had criteria that was important to us Kelsey had to be the diplomat at times negotiating middle ground. She was effective and extremely knowledgeable about the local market in Rockingham County. She took the time to really listen and understand our needs and limitations, before taking any action or suggesting a property. Kelsey's attention to the most minute details whether it was in inspecting a home or reviewing details of an offer, it was obvious she had taken the time to know her craft.I can't think of a way in which my wife, son or I could have desired any more from an agent than what Kelsey provided. Any future real estate transactions for our family will involve Kelsey representing our interests. I highly recommend you consider doing the same if you want the best outcome possible.

Scott made the entire process of switching homes a pleasure from beginning to end. Kelsey helped us with a cross state move from Delaware to Harrisonburg. She went above and beyond in all aspects of our home buying process. Her communication is exceptional and made us feel so confident, informed and prepared even though we weren’t in town for most of the process. She even brought a little gift with a book and snacks for our two kids during the home search day which was so thoughtful. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and we could not have been more grateful for the support, patience, and expertise that Scott Rogers gave us. We cannot recommend Scott and the Funkhouser team enough. He was absolutely exceptional; everything and more you could want in a real estate agent. He was highly communicative and truly made us feel like we were his only client (which were not) and top priority! The home buying process is overwhelming and stressful. Our experience with Logan was amazing. He did such a great job at communicating quickly and helping us to get in and see properties early. He looked at many properties with us over a 10 month period and he never once made me feel bad for not settling on a property. He really was the calming presence my husband and I needed during our search and never pushed us to make a quick decision or rushed our showings (always secured an hour to view properties). I really cannot recommend him enough if anyone is looking for an honest professional realtor to help them out!

Kelsey was wonderful to work with. After trying to sell my in-laws' estate ourselves, we started looking for a realtor. Kelsey had contacted us early on when we listed the house asking about possibly showing it to her clients should any be interested. She gave us some good, sound advice that day, but didn't even mention about us listing with her. We were bombarded by others, which we remembered when the time came to choose a realtor. She made such an impression on us in that initial conversation that we knew she was the one we wanted. She is honest, hardworking and really cares about her clients. She took care of all the details from contract through closing and we could not have asked for any better service. We definitely will be using her again should the need arise for a realtor.
