We contacted Jackie prior to moving to the area. She kept in touch and remembered when we would be moving. She let us know that she would be ready to look for a new home at our convenience. Some of our choices were well outside Jackie's usual territory but she never complained. Our final choice was in Marion County. Jackie worked closely with us and with the seller's agent to solve considerable issues with trash left behind by the seller. She coordinated the clean up process (to our eventual satisfaction) and jumped in to do some of the work herself - well after the closing date. Jackie went above and beyond for us and enabled us to purchase a distressed property that is already beginning to shine.
