Jackie is awesome. Her knowledge of the Ocala area is exceptional. Since I was new to the area, I needed a realtor that was willing to go above and beyond for me so I could discover the surroundings. Jackie let us drive around extensively and I got to see several places before buying--even an hour away (several times)!! She even stayed on course while I changed my mind about what I wanted. Philip was amazing!! I recieved a promotion out of state and had a corporate relocation. Philip immediately made moves that we needed. He helped my wife when I was transitioning into the new job. The pictures were absolutely stunning and he even gave them to us in a photo album to cherish our beautiful home. Philip uses a listed site that was top Notch to display our beautiful home. We listed even above what his best estimate was. We recieved our first offer the next day after listing. Philip negotiated their initial offer up $1,500 and we had a signed offer that day. We did have some worries about appraisal since we sold alot higher than we expected. Philip also dismissed their first appraiser since they were known lowballers. The replacement appraiser appraised for what we were offered and that sealed the deal. Excellent overall experience even though was 800 miles away!
