When my wife and I originally moved to Ocala we needed to find a home quickly and were trying to search from a different state. After calling two different agents, only one was both respectful of all of our needs and easy to work with but that was only the beginning. After going through the purchase of our home with Phillip, it was only four years later that during the pandemic we would need to sell and buy a larger home to meet changing needs. Phillip quickly jumped into action. Many hurdles arose along the way, including new insurance laws governing the age of roofs. Nothing would get in the way of the best real estate agent in Florida! We were able to sell our home above what we originally had hoped to get, buy our new home at almost the same price and in the end have a fantastic investment in the middle of a horrible housing market. So long story short, our whole loan and closing was a complete nightmare. That being said, Jackie really came through for us. While everyone had their heads up their asses, she was the only one communicating and getting everything done for us. With work, she made things super easy and offered numerous times to run documents, take care of things we were stressing about, and was there to ease our minds when things were going wrong or the loan underwriters needed something else. She got it done and got us in the house that we wanted. Even after closing, I know I can call her for anything we need and we're glad to have met her.

Philip is an excellent, professional, and knowledgeable realtor in the Ocala/Summerfield area. We are looking to relocate to Florida and Philip helped understand what to look for in an existing house. He went the extra mile to set up five showings in one day, enlist us in his daily email notices about new listings on the market, and helped us make an offer on a house. During the process, we decided to look for a home outside of Philip's area, and we wish we could have "taken him with us." Philip cares about "his people" and will do his best to help them succeed in finding a nice home. He didn't tell us, but we think his middle name is "Service" with a capital S.
