This was a God send from Heaven! Phillip Stevens is the real deal as it relates to making sure his client is his #I priority. Phillip made me feel as he helping his son/brother purchase his 1st house on his own. He went beyond the call of duty throughout the entire milestone process. We visited over 8 homes I believe and view maybe 20 over the phone and internet-he never got tired!! I called, he answered! He had my best interest! Not his own!!! God has truly Blessed me, not with just the home but when He directed Philip Stevens into my life to help me find the perfect home.
