Towanda discussed with us and noted our desired location, the size and style of home we wanted including our must haves, our price range, our financing plan, our desired move in date and a list of our deal breakers. She routinely provided us with listings we might be interested in based on our initial description. Since we were in another state, many of our meetings with her took place over “Face Time” at the end of my work day and based on our availability. She was always very professional, timely and would go the extra mile, by doing live video showings with us, of the properties we were interested in. Once we found the property we wanted she kicked things into high gear, even working through questions from our financial institution and providing us with lists of home insurance companies. Towanda worked diligently with us all the way through closing and even helped us find painting contractors to bid on painting and other cosmetic work we wanted performed in the home before we moved.
