For the last 2yrs we have been looking for a home, through all the ups and downs and indecisiveness she was there for us. She has been nothing but honest and don’t wear her heart on her sleeve if you don’t like something. She’s very understanding and does not try to make you hurry up and buy. When Casey Thurmond listed our home, he was aware that exactly one year earlier my husband and I had our home listed with a different real estate firm. The realtor for that firm erred in preparing the seller's disclosure form. The buyer's, who continued to house shop (and found a home they liked better), after signing the sales agreement on our home used the flawed form as an excuse to terminate the contract just hours before closing.
