Deborah Lyons

Deborah went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor! Not only did she find the perfect home for me within my price range; but she also worked tirelessly to secure a remarkably quick closing date since my lease was due to expire soon. Deborah went out of her way to accommodate my busy schedule, including taking me to show houses during the later evening hours, even on the weekends so I would not have to miss work. Since this was my first time purchasing a home and I was not sure what to expect, Deborah took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what the next steps would be. She even helped me schedule the inspections and provided me with recommendations for shopping for insurance quotes. Also, she was completely transparent with me if she felt a house may not be a good fit for me, and took the time to explain why. Deborah’s knowledge goes beyond real estate, she also has an amazing eye for interior design and offered me great suggestions for simple home improvements and decorating tips that I was able to complete myself! Even though my budget was limited, I feel like Deborah treated me the same as she would a client purchasing a million dollar property.
