We are first time home buyers, and we had very little experience with the general process and what to look for in a home. Kris was recommended to us by our mortgage firm, and we are so glad that we chose to work with her! Kris is responsive, punctual, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She was able to find home options for us and did a great job scheduling and making herself available at all times of the week to tour any properties. She is also very patient, and stuck with us as we viewed many homes until we found the perfect fit. When we first started this process, we had very little knowledge on what to look for when buying a new home (ac, roof, windows, water heater, etc). Within the first few tours Kris had turned us into experts, which helped us avoid certain conditions.
