She listened to my desires, clarified my feelings, then made several suggestions along with alternatives on how to best prepare my house for sale. In addition, since I was out of town a great deal, she met with inspectors, repairmen, etc. on my behalf. Everything went as smoothly as I could have imagined. Since my mother passed away exactly a year ago today, I was devastated and had many sudden responsibilities to overcome as a 32 year old. I had no idea what I was doing and had to learn everything there is about owning an inherited house. I gave Jacki a call and explained everything over the phone. She immediately understood and started a plan for me. We spoke often, gathered ideas, addressed problems together in my best interest, and she walked me through the whole process to make sure things went as smooth as possible given my unique situation. Jacki has been extremely helpful, super nice and understanding. Over the last year, I've been able to grow as a person, learning important life skills, and moving forward to achieve my goals of moving to Canada and going back to college. Realtor Jacki Harris is a very knowledgeable and informative professional. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She quickly responded to my many questions and was excellent in explaining all the details regarding the selling of my house.
