Recently closed on a property in Longwood. This was the second time Kris had been our agent in the process of buying a house. As the first time, she was terrific. She helped locate appropriate properties to consider, knew about the communities where located, and provided insightful advice regarding options. Kris was very responsive to phone, text and emails. Her many years of experience give her abilities, regarding property and negotiations, that are second to none. Kris was able to negotiate a significant reduction from asking price. (Of course each property is different as to how that plays out, but you can be assured she'll do her best for you). Kris is easy to work with, pleasant and courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable in every aspect of home buying. From my experience, I don't believe you can find anyone better.

We are first time home buyers, and we had very little experience with the general process and what to look for in a home. Kris was recommended to us by our mortgage firm, and we are so glad that we chose to work with her! Kris is responsive, punctual, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She was able to find home options for us and did a great job scheduling and making herself available at all times of the week to tour any properties. She is also very patient, and stuck with us as we viewed many homes until we found the perfect fit. When we first started this process, we had very little knowledge on what to look for when buying a new home (ac, roof, windows, water heater, etc). Within the first few tours Kris had turned us into experts, which helped us avoid certain conditions. Without having her expertise on our side, its very likely we would have made uninformed decisions regarding the health of the homes we toured. Kris is also an expert negotiator. There were multiple occasions where she would fight for our needs, ultimately getting us a fair deal in a market where sellers are looking to take advantage of new home buyers. If you are looking for not just a realtor, but a true teammate during this complicated process, I highly recommend Kris Santullo!

I cannot recommend Kris enough. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I was dealing with the sale of my mother in law’s house from out of state. Doing this long distance presented quite a few challenges but Kris was there every single step of the way to offer her help, guidance and expertise. I have no idea how I would have gotten it done without her. She worked so hard and I am so grateful to have met her. Not only was she smart and hard working but also so trustworthy which meant so much to me being hundreds of miles away. I had no choice but to trust her and she never let me down. Simply put it was a great experience. I worked directly with Jean and she was professional and always available for any questions I had. Very knowledgeable about the housing market and made the whole process of selling my house seamless.
