Karan and her mom Gloria helped us with a primary home purchase in Windermere. We are fro out of state, and really relied on their knowledge of the areas in selecting where to search and how to find the right home for our needs. I think Gloria has been in Orlando realty for 30 years, and Karan many years plus grew up in a realtor family in Orlando and surrounding area. Even Karan's son Max pitched in to take some home walk through videos for us when we wanted to evaluate homes before flying down - very professional videos that captured the homes exactly! Karan was always available - she does occasionally travel West Coast, but we never felt this limited our access - lots of text messages! Excellent insights on evaluating quality, potential for resale, and how to make an offer and negotiate the purchase. Also great advice for vendors to do the post-purchase items we want to make it just right for us! Couldn't be happier, and would definitely reach out to Karan if we need a realtor in the future, altohugh we are hoping we'll be here now for a long time!

Karan came to us by way of a recommendation from our neighbors who recently sold their home with Karan as the listing agent. Our initial meeting was in our home where Karan gave us her assessment along with some recommendations on changes and upgrades. We took her advice, completed the work, and a month later we were ready to list. My wife and I had an idea of what we expected in terms of price but Karan convinced us that we could get more with the right staging. This is where Karan shines. Along with Gloria's assistance, her talent for making rooms bright and inviting, as well as making the outdoor areas pop, resulted in multiple offers only two days into the first Open House. I mention this as part of Karan's review to underscore her ability to navigate the challenges and negotiate on our behalf to arrive at a deal that ultimately made us very happy. We consider ourselves fortunate that fate and a great recommendation resulted in choosing Karan to represent us.
