Anastasia Grace is a native of beautiful Odesa, Ukraine. A stunning, International city that welcomed her great-grandmother during the persecution of the Jews in the 1940s. Religion and spirituality are the cornerstones of Anastasia’s life and purpose, having attended church from 3 years of age, being baptized at 16, writing and performing original (Christian) music, and participating in International missions and ministries. This is the single most important thread that is interwoven into everything she does.
From her earliest memories, Anastasia saw her mother working in restaurants, struggling to make ends meet. Motivated by her helpful nature, actual hunger, and entrepreneurial spirit, Anastasia leaped at the first opportunity to contribute to the household. During her 8th-grade school break, she began selling her artist-friend’s works. With immediate success in her back pocket, Anastasia continued in art sales while in middle school, transitioning to helping out with her mother’s new catering business “Mama’s Kitchen”. As their business following grew, they opened a cafe and Anastasia tended to customers and catering sales. This early experience… starting a business, watching it grow, then watching it succeed, further encouraged her.
At the age of 20, Anastasia embarked upon a two-year missionary trip, traveling to a village in a remote region of Ukraine to live and serve people where she was needed. Upon returning from this extensive mission, Anastasia attended Christian Humanitarian and Economic Open University going on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
The Ukrainian economy had been in turmoil since the ’90s, but when the first war erupted in 2014, Anastasia accepted her brother’s invitation to come to the United States as a refugee in 2015. While working in a salon she studied English and earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate and Small Business Management. Additionally, Anastasia obtained her green card in 2017, her Florida Real Estate License in 2019, and became a U.S. Citizen in 2021.
Anastasia’s passion for Real Estate springs from her deep-rooted desire to be of service. She is honored to help people with (what is likely) the most important event in their lives: buying or selling their home. This is the place where they have or will spend their days and nights with family & friends, sharing the joys & overcoming challenges that are the benchmarks of their lives. She carries the weight of that trust and endeavors to provide a joyful and smooth transaction, representing her clients’ interests whether business or personal.
Anastasia is a person who continues to build her life on the foundation of her spirituality, relationships, and friendships. She gives selflessly, emotionally, spiritually, and financially in faith-based service, with a focus on children. Missionary trips to Ukraine and Mexico have also fed her passion for travel, exploration, and adventures.
In deference to her faith, Anastasia legally changed her name, adding the middle name “Grace” because everything she has is by God’s grace.
